When we get to this car show, we see some beautiful creations of cars that people have their heart and soul into. As one guy told us, “You do this for the LOVE of cars, NOT for the investment.” Our first beauty is a 1954 Chevrolet 210 Coupe. This one is full of a lot of detail and this and this couple have obviously put a lot of creativity into this one. From THIS car guy’s point of view, it definitely puts a giant smile on my face!
Next car, is a 1929 Ford pickup. This one is crawling with immense amounts of detail. Low and behold, it’s also powered by a Desoto Fire Flight V-8 engine! It also has 8 single barreled carburetors with beautifully chromed breathers on top of each one!
Next up, is a 1956 Ford Thunderbird in a striking aqua-ish color. With a continental kit for the spare tire and is packing the newer Ford 5.0 V-8 engine, with some great attention to detail also.
Our next monster is a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. Packing a monster 454 Big block engine and he is still in the process of finishing up this restoration. But I like where he is going with the color. And his engine bay is IMPECCABLE!!!
Our next vehicle is a very colorful 1937 Ford Humpback. This car is strikingly beautiful! I’m sorry I didn’t get a picture of the engine but when I did get a look at the engine, he did have a GM 350 under the hood and it was dressed to the nines!
Our next beauty is a sexy blue 1970 Chevy Nova. With an impressively clean engine as if he’s never driven this thing ever! Not even a block from his home. If he ever has, he has spit-shined it after every drive. With this Nova being in blue, and the white rally stripes down the hood and trunk, I really like what they’ve done with this car! She’s a true winner in my book!
Our next car is another beautiful 1956 Ford Thunderbird convertible. And she is white with the classic red interior. Perfect for those days that you want to get on the freeway and just cruise! I have no doubt, this car may be completely stock and these are the ones that I truly appreciate!
Our next impressive ride is a 1971 Chevrolet Nova in an eye-catching gold with black rally stripes. This beast is not just any Nova. It’s a Nova SS! Very wicked interior, and has that wicked old school stance of my early years as a teenager. This is MY type of muscle car!
Our next one is a 1970 Mercury Cougar XR 7. This was my wife’s favorite car with the sleek lines, the curves, the stance, the hidden headlights, even the correct wheels for this car and the quick glance that of the interior, she says, “This is the next car I want!” She LOVED how beautiful the taillights were. While we were talking to the owner, she asked me to take one last side view shot of the cougar to look at the final curve lines of the molding on the driver’s side, because she was in love with the car.
Next up is a 1928 Ford Model A pickup. And this thing was COOL looking! It had a very wicked hot-rod stance. The interior says to you, “Please drive me!” The floor shifter was so cool on this truck, even I want to drive it because it had a skull head for a shifter nob. The color of this truck was very unique and appealing!
